Refund policies
Sky Kamas allows customers to request reimbursements for products in reasonable conditions.
You are responsible for the information you provide during the order process, the name of the game character (exact in game) that provides us with your order is the character that will receive the order in the game, be sure to complete it correctly, in no way we are responsible for incorrect delivery if you provided us an incorrect name.
We can issue refunds under the following conditions:
1. Products not received: the products were not delivered to the customer within the scheduled delivery time. In this case, the client can request a refund. If you decide to wait, we will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible. (You keep the reimbursement option at any time)
2. Repeated payment: The client made a repeated payment in an order. In this case, we can respect the client's will to give a refund. We will refund one of the payments, or multiple payments (the premise is that the order is not delivered).
3. Sometimes, we need your help to verify payment information. If you reject it or do not respond to our application within 7 days, your order will be canceled and reimbursed immediately. For account orders, if you do not complete the verification in 2 days, your order will be canceled and reimbursed immediately.
4. When the amount of your payment is less than the amount of the order will have the opportunity to recover the balance or receive a delivery equivalent to the amount paid (subject to our criteria) if it rejects it or does not respond within 7 days, your order will be canceled and immediately reimbursed.
In the following cases, I fear that we cannot reimburse customers:
1. Complete delivery: The products have been delivered to the customer as agreed and according to the description.
2. Unde paid: the client cannot request a refund for the unpaid order.
3. For any reason other than the one mentioned above in "we can issue a refund in the following conditions."
About reimbursement, communicate with our customer service online 24/7 under reasonable conditions. Your refund application will be verified after sending the order number and the reason for the reimbursement. If the application is approved, the reimbursement will be returned to the customer or bank card account.
Refund processing time: We will process the reimbursement application in 5 business days, but the exact reimbursement time is determined by the processing rate of different banks.
